A new
logo graces the upper left corner of the truepictures update this
month. The logo signifies many things, but mainly it signifies the
lengths that Truepictures Productions goes into deriving different
points of view to showcase in its films. The story of the 5 blind
men and the elephant is an age-old one. 5 blind men are asked to
describe what an elephant is simply by touching one of its features.
Obviously all of them have different opinions based on the parts
of the elephant that they are sensing. One thinks the elephant is
a fan, another thinks it is like a column, still another thinks
the elephant is a sword. All men are right in their own ways. The
difference in points of view is something not to be taken lightly
in life - and we try to explore that in our films. We hope you enjoy
the new logo.
This
month, we have exclusive hurricane footage from hurricane Wilma
in Florida. Since it was taken by residents in the state, it is
difficult to censor the content. So for those who are concerned,
there is adult language present in the 30 second clip.
How
to Quit is going to be featured on minionbox.com, a brand new Web
site for independent filmmakers and musicians.

Imagination,
drive, and creative prowess are our foundation. We will create media
that is realistic, entertaining, and useful.
Words, pictures, and sound are the tools we possess. We will blend
them masterfully until their last good phrase, frame, and note.
When they become clichéd and weak, we promise to burn them
and start anew.
Our vision is to create thoughtful and tangible media.
